Suzanne's Salmon "à la crème"
Ingredients :

  • Salmon filet (0.5 pound per person);
  • Cream 35%;
  • Salt (hint);
  • Pepper (hint);
  • Tarragon (hint).

Procedure :

  • Put the salmon filets into an aluminium plate;
  • Pour some cream 35% enough to cover all the filets;
  • Add the salt, pepper and tarragon;
  • Bake in the oven at 400 °F for 15-20 minutes.

Yukako's brownies
Ingredients :

  • Chocolate chips (150 g.);
  • Sugar (50 g.);
  • Butter (2 tea spoons);
  • Eggs (2 or 3);
  • Flour (0.5 cup);
  • Baking powder (1 tea spoon);
  • Cinnamon (hint). (optional)

Procedure :

  • Put the chocolate chips, the butter and sugar together in a pan at low heat;
  • Add the flour gradually;
  • Add the baking powder gradually;
  • Add a hint of cinnamon. (optional)

Yukako's Miso soup
Ingredients :

  • Pick two or three among these :
    • Mushrooms;
    • Oignon;
    • Wakamé;
    • Tofu;
    • Turnip;
    • Green pepper;
    • Chinese cabbage;
    • Potato.
  • Vegetable mix or fish broth;
  • Miso.

Procedure :

  • Wash the vegetables and cut them in small dies;
  • Boil some water and lower the heat;
  • Put 1 tsp of vegetable mix or fish broth;
  • Put the vegetables into the water;
  • Put 1 or 2 tsp of Miso gradually, melting it in a bowl on the side with some hot water;
  • Cook on low light for about 15 minutes.
